Product Description

The product is a commonly used phosphate-buffered saline solution, also known as Dulbecco’s Phosphate Buffered Saline, D-PBSA, CMF-DPBS solution, or DPBS solution, which is often used for cell and microbial culture. The product is sterilized by filtration through 0.22μm and 0.1μm membranes. It mainly consists of NaCl, KCl, Na₂HPO₄, and KH₂PO₄, with no Ca²⁺, no Mg²⁺, and no phenol red. The pH of the solution is 7.4.

The product is sterile packaged and can be used directly for cell washing, storage, and culture, as well as for microbial culture.
