Product Description
Phosphate-Buffered Saline (1×PBS, Cell Culture Grade) is one of the most used buffer solutions, mainly composed of sodium chloride, potassium chloride, disodium hydrogen phosphate, and potassium dihydrogen phosphate. It does not contain Ca2+ or Mg2+ and has a pH of 7.2-7.4. This reagent is sterile filtered and is commonly used for cell washing or other routine purposes in cell culture processes. This reagent is a 1× working solution and can be used directly.
