1. Cell Biology Platform
MeilunBio has an advanced animal cell culture technology platform and is proficient in the isolation, culture and detection of many types of cells such as immortalized cell lines, primary cells, stem cells (iPSC, MSC, NSC, etc.), and immune cells (T-cells, NK, CIK, etc.). Based on the optimized technology system of cell suspension and domestication, serum-free and high-density culture, culture medium development, etc., large-scale culture and quality control of engineered cells (CHO, HEK293) can be realized. 2. Molecular Biology Platform
Relying on the team’s rich molecular biology and cell biology technologies, the Molecular Biology R&D Department has developed a number of platforms for cell gene editing, stable transient cell line construction, lentiviral packaging, etc. The Department is currently able to undertake complex customized cell line development for related experimental services in industry and research. The team is led by PhDs from Chinese Academy of Sciences, and more than 80% of the team members are master’s degree holders, all of them are from “Double-First Class” universities in China.

3. Protein Expression and Antibody Preparation
We have a variety of cell lines and expression vectors, such as E. coli, yeast, insect cells, mammalian cells, etc., to meet the needs of intracellular expression and secretory expression of specific proteins. Organic synthesis R&D room has the top R&D conditions and strength in China. The company has invested more than 5 million RMB to equip 15 overall lab tables with VAC (variable air control), and has a routine reaction laboratory, separation and preparation laboratory, and light-proof laboratory. Equipped with HPLC of Waters, LC-MS of Shimadzu, medium and high pressure chromatographic separation system, conventional 30L/50L double-layer glass reactor, etc., and the experimental scale can be from milligrams to kilograms. The professional and technical staff of Organic Synthesis R&D platform is made up of external academicians as technical guidance, PhDs from the Institute of Organic Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and post-docs return from abroad leading the team, and masters as the main R&D team. The team has rich experience in multi-step synthesis technology, specializing in a series of difficult anhydrous and anaerobic organic chemical reactions and separations, and preparation of fluorescent molecules, small molecule drug synthesis, and fluorescent substance labeling. At present, the representative products of the Organic Synthesis Laboratory include Singlet Oxygen Sensor Green (SOSG) Fluorescent Probe (Meilunbio), D-Luciferin potassium, mitochondrial red fluorescent probe (MitoTracker Red CMXRos) Luminol series, acridinium ester series and so on.
